Vendor & Partner Code of Conduct

Last updated: August 2026

This Code sets out the standards Enfactum Pte Ltd expects from every vendor, subcontractor, freelancer, media partner and agency partner engaged in connection with our work in Singapore.

We expect vendors and partners to comply with all applicable Singapore law, including the Employment Act 1968, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and relevant tax and advertising regulation, and to never offer, give, request or accept bribes or improper payments in connection with any work performed for or with Enfactum, in line with our Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy and the Prevention of Corruption Act 1960. We expect fair wages, safe working conditions and non discriminatory treatment for their own employees and contractors, consistent with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, and careful handling of any Enfactum or client data shared with them, in line with the confidentiality and security terms of their agreement. Vendors and partners should disclose any relationship, financial interest or arrangement that could reasonably be seen to conflict with their obligations to Enfactum or our clients, and they should respect intellectual property rights, using only appropriately licensed assets, fonts, imagery, stock content and software in work delivered to Enfactum. Enfactum has zero tolerance for child labour or forced labour anywhere in our supply chain, direct or indirect, and we expect vendors and partners to represent their capabilities, pricing and deliverables accurately in proposals and invoices.

Vendors and partners who breach this Code may have their engagement suspended or terminated, and Enfactum reserves the right to conduct reasonable due diligence on vendors and partners before and during an engagement. Questions about this Code can be directed to info@enfactum.com.
