Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Enfactum Pte Ltd is committed to conducting business honestly and fairly, in compliance with Singapore's Prevention of Corruption Act 1960, which makes it a criminal offence to give, offer, receive or solicit any gratification as an inducement or reward connected to a person's business dealings.

Enfactum employees, contractors and representatives must not offer, promise, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback or improper payment, whether in cash, in kind, or through favours, to obtain or retain business or a business advantage. Modest, reasonable and transparent gifts or hospitality exchanged in the normal course of business relationships are permitted, but anything that could be seen as an attempt to influence a business decision is not. We expect the same standard from vendors, subcontractors and partners acting on our behalf, as set out in our Vendor and Partner Code of Conduct, and extra caution applies to any dealings involving public officials or statutory bodies. All payments, gifts and hospitality above a reasonable threshold are recorded accurately in our books, in line with our obligations to Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.

Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected breach of this policy, whether an employee, client, vendor or partner, is encouraged to raise it with Enfactum leadership or by writing to info@enfactum.com. Genuine concerns raised in good faith will not result in retaliation against the person who raised them.
