Enfactum Pte Ltd is registered and operates in Singapore, and this policy sets out the main areas of Singapore law and regulation that govern our work.
Enfactum meets its statutory filing, registration and tax obligations with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the guidance issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission, alongside our Privacy Policy, and we follow Singapore's Cybersecurity Act 2018 in how we manage information systems. Campaigns and creative produced for clients are developed with regard to the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice administered by the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore, along with sector specific rules for regulated industries such as financial services where relevant to a client's business. We follow the Prevention of Corruption Act 1960, as set out in our Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy, and we comply with the Employment Act 1968 and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices covering contracts, working conditions and fair treatment of our people. For clients in regulated sectors, we work within the compliance and approval processes those clients require of their marketing partners.
Compliance is reviewed on an ongoing basis by Enfactum leadership, with support from Singapore legal and tax advisors. This policy is reviewed periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, including the Workplace Fairness Act 2025 as it moves toward taking effect.
